New communication tools to inspire Presenters

Presenters are the backbone of Younique’s business. To ensure their success, we empowered Younique’s users by providing the next best action including training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.

A main component of the Presenter communication tools we built is an always-on New Presenter Onboarding Journey. This tool guides new Presenters through business onboarding, training activities, and other growth-driven strategies during their first three months with Younique.

Industry insiders estimate that between 70-80% of new consultants don’t take any action, including placing an order or attending a training, after they join.

Younique was the first direct sales company to market and sell almost exclusively through social media, so they need to stay innovative and top in the social commerce space. We helped Younique craft a strategy to kick off digital marketing with a central focus on Presenter and customer segments.
