Professional Services Team

The Professional Services Team is a cross-functional team with functional team members focused on the functional activities involved in delivering a project and the technical team members help deliver the solutions.  Once the Engagement team completes the sales cycle, they hand over the client and project details to us to begin the delivery of the project. We stay on top of new Salesforce capabilities in order to support our partners better.

What we do

We understand a client’s challenges and pain points to improve their business processes. We develop high-quality, creative, validated and results-driven solutions to any problem. 

Our daily purpose

Our team thrives on collaboration to deliver a quality implementation from start to completion. This includes:

  • Gathering requirements 
  • Configuring Salesforce
  • Creating training materials and delivering training
  • Developing solutions
  • Maintaining quality coding standards
  • Implementing QA processes
  • Preparing for launch
  • Designing the solution and creating mockups
  • Engaging in peer reviews
  • Writing UAT test scripts
  • Migrating data
  • Keeping up-to-date on Salesforce capabilities
