Uplifting Internal Knowledge Base

Leadership Book is a website application built on the Salesforce platform for account managers to discover and support Wellness Advocates. The Leadership Book helps dōTERRA in many ways. Mainly, it delivers global consistency with guidance and market-specific structure. It also provides the ability to easily transfer leaders between account manager ownership.

This Experience Cloud community was delivered in four months and was completed on time and on budget.

Wellness Advocates and dōTERRA’s business have grown because of this Leadership Book.

A Complete Overview 
Filters allow users to discover and support Wellness Advocates
The app includes tabs for KPIs, goals, shared knowledge, and SWOT analysis. The activity log captures phone and email details to track any correspondence while flagging incomplete actions.

App to Incentivize Sales

The Prime Wellness Club is an incentive for Wellness Advocates to earn points by enrolling people and setting up their first three orders. The more points earned, the closer they are to a co-impact trip to Bulgaria, share payout, priority event seating, or all three. This app is a one-stop place where Wellness Advocates can keep track of all their points. Wellness Advocates used to have to figure out how to track their own orders, but not anymore.

Easily Accessible External Help Centre

This public-facing help centre allows non-customers and customers to gather the information they need, with a consistent dōTERRA brand look and feel. The public now has full visibility into shipping, tracking, and returns. They can also see what it means to become a wellness advocate and own their own business, or find a wellness advocate.
