Grow and learn from the best experts at Salesforce Connections 2022! Salesforce Connections is an annual conference in Chicago is for everything marketing, eCommerce, and digital and the Groundswell team is thrilled to be attending in person again.

Why Should I Attend Salesforce Connections?

At Salesforce Connections, you’ll get industry insights and best practices from eCommerce and digital leaders, and you’ll learn how to build revenue, trusted relationships, and connected customer journeys through seamless digital experiences.

Where is Salesforce Connections 2022 happening?

Connections will happen in downtown Chicago at McCormick Place on June 8–9, 2022. You can also attend the keynote session virtually at Salesforce+: all you need to do is register. You can get highlights from the conference via Salesforce+ as well.

What are the Perks of Attending Salesforce Connections in Person?

We are holding an exclusive event with drinks and appetizers from 5 PM to 9 PM on Wednesday, June 8. You will have plenty of time to catch all the critical and fascinating sessions that will uplift your business to its fullest potential and still meet six members of Groundswell’s Engagement Team. We will have gift bags for our guests at this intimate event, so secure your spot by reaching out to us directly

Above all, Connections is about connecting in person – the thing we have all missed so much in recent years, and definitely why we can’t wait to meet new friends and engage with exciting topics that spur interesting conversations. If there is anything we have learned about being remotely connected, it is that we should not take these opportunities for real-world interaction for granted.

If you can’t meet our dynamic Engagement Team on June 8 at our event, we will be in Chicago all that week and are happy to book some time with you when it works best for your schedule. Message us today and we’ll find a time that works for everybody.

Align with Sales to Drive More Demand

If there is one thing Groundswell’s Engagement Team knows, it’s the vital alignment of Sales and Marketing. Many Marketers work with siloed tools that make it hard to align with sales. This session will see how Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly Pardot, helps marketers generate leads and easily pass them to sales.

Two Salesforce experts will host this session:

  • Emily Nour, Senior Solution Engineer
  • Ruth Bolster, Product Marketing Manager, Account Engagement for Pardot.
  • In addition, Rachel Newton, VP of Global B2B Marketing for Mastercard, will also be on this panel.

Reimagine Partner Incentives for a Digital-First World

No matter your industry, be it High TechRetailManufacturing, or Consumer Goods, this session can help you think about how you approach your customers. Reimagine your partner loyalty programs for a digital-first world with flexible and experiential incentives, all powered by Salesforce’s Loyalty Management and Rebate Management.

Two different Salesforce experts will also host this session:

Best Practices for including D2C with your B2B channels

Direct to Consumer (D2C) marketing and sales are booming. With consumers constantly online, it’s more important than ever to know their needs even before they do. In this session hosted by Melinda Monroe, Salesforce’s Director of Product Marketing, you will hear from a panel to learn strategies for navigating distribution partnerships, collecting first-party data, and creating digital experiences that increase brand loyalty.

Wow Your Customers
