A return to work plan that works for you. Whether that be temporary part-time or reduced hours, we work with every parent personally to ensure they are supported.
Health and Wellbeing
Seven Health & Wellbeing paid days off to use if you are physically ill, need time off for any reasons related to mental health, and/or to care for your family. Language is powerful, so it was important for us to replace “Sick Time” with a more inclusive title.

In addition to our improved Parental and Health and Wellbeing Benefits, we are excited to introduce Community Volunteer Days. At Groundswell, we are passionate about giving back to our community and have taken the Salesforce Pledge 1%, to further integrate philanthropy into our work. Every year our Impact Team hosts office-wide events and initiatives that give back to your community. In addition to the work the Impact Team does, Groundswellers are now able to spend three days per year volunteering for an organization that they are passionate about. Whether employees want to focus their efforts on education or spend time removing plastic from our beaches, these Community Volunteer Days give full-time employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an area they are passionate about.
