After three full years of waiting, it’s finally here: Dreamforce 2022 is definitely the event to be at this September. We at Groundswell are looking forward to connecting and reconnecting with some of our wonderful clients as well as some of the most innovative minds in cloud and tech solutions.

Why Should I Attend Dreamforce?

Dreamforce stands out for so many professionals because of the abundance of opportunities to network and connect with peers and Salesforce experts. Attendees know they’re getting a front-row seat on the newest ways to drive innovation for their teams; be in the know before everyone else!

Bring back key learnings to influence a consistent and positive impact on your organization! This includes discovering new tools or products, tangible industry tips that help solve your current challenges, and key business-building ideas and strategies to accelerate your business growth.

As a couple of years of COVID-lockdowns-induced near-isolation have taught us, there is nothing more valuable than being able to speak firsthand, face to face with Salesforce experts and partners. Get direct and unique solution ideas solely for your brand.

When & Where is Dreamforce 2022 Happening?

Dreamforce will take place in San Francisco at the Moscone Center from September 20–22, 2022. To not miss a beat of the event, we recommend traveling on Monday, September 19, and taking advantage of the full experience until Friday, September 23!

Groundswell will be hosting a Salesforce Talk on Wednesday evening that all customers and partners can attend. Register here to confirm your spot today!

The First-timer’s Dreamforce Checklist

  • Get your badge early to avoid the big lines. If you can get it, Monday would be best; or on Tuesday, badge pick up starts at 6 AM.
  • Stay hydrated – take advantage of Dreamforce’s plentiful water bottle refilling stations
  • Bring comfortable shoes – you’ll spend a lot of time walking
  • If you are running late to a session or meeting, check out Pedi Cabs. You might score free tickets from sponsors! But be aware there might be some traffic with everyone doing the same thing.
  • Find some good spots for breakfast and meals. Don’t forget Salesforce partners will be hosting events for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and cocktails. You can also get access to free lunches at Dreamforce, but the quality and variation of options will vary. Reach out to our team to learn about several special meals and events Groundswell will be hosting!
  • Check out and make sure to have a list of sessions you want to attend beforehand. We have a handy list below!
  • Add the main events you want to attend to your calendar, with at least a 30-minute alert to give yourself ample time to get there. Most sessions are about a 5-10 min walk away, while others can be longer.
  • Bring a power bank to make sure your phone is always charged. When you’re on the go using your phone day and night, you will appreciate it.
  • Check out the various Campgrounds, such as the Developer Campground where you can score some great swag! Plus, the booths are often staffed by Salesforce employees who actually built the product/feature – you might be lucky and meet the main Product Architect, Product Manager, etc., while you’re there.
