Mark has over a decade of experience in consulting and Salesforce. He started in configuration, dabbled in project management, and grew into a solutions architect. As Groundswell’s director of professional services, Mark brings a wide variety of experience across various industries, from small non-profits to large enterprises. He has also helped many in the government sector implement numerous clouds. There is no challenge Mark can’t solve.
