With more than 30 certifications under our belt, we work in an agile setup, through a series of focused sprints, our team drives planning, developing, and testing our way towards the finish line. I would say the Automation Studio, as it helps make a lot of tasks, simple and complex, inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud happen automatically. From a business perspective, it helps reduce the cost of human labor needed to run an entire operation all thanks to its automation capability.

What is one feature you think adds value to Marketing Cloud?

Marketing Cloud has multiple unique features which add value to the business but from my perspective, I think that Contact Builder plays a measure role in adding additional value. Using Contact Builder, you map the data relationship between data extensions (data tables) that is further used to give a 360-degree view for each customer to deliver the right content at right time on the right channel.

Since the process is automated, you can run an ETL process and refresh a dataset at 2:00 am when there’s minimal impact on business processes.
